Pearl Garden Memory Care Program

People with memory loss love to touch their surroundings and appreciate cues that help spark a memory. That's why here at Valley View Estates, our Memory Care Program has colorful, touchable wall hangings, interactive homey furnishings, and memory boxes our residents have filled with their personal memorabilia.

We believe in providing loving care in a patient, respectful manner. For the true meaning of a dedicated caregiver, we're proud that many of our staff for the Memory Care Program have been at Valley View Estates for 8 years, 13 years, and some over 23 years.

Our Memory Care Program Provides:

  • Wander-safe secure areas, indoors and out
  • Devoted staff who have specific training in helping those with memory loss
  • Visual cues to help resident find their way
  • A place for your family member to stay while you attend Alzheimer's support meetings
  • Respite Care and Hospice Care
  • Special programs and areas for residents' different interests and needs

Valley View Estates offers the only purposeful memory care in the Bitterroot Valley, keeping your family members close to home. Whether you need a short break or it is time for a long term solution, you can rest assured that your family member will be in capable hands with us.

Memory Loss Resource Center

Are you coping with a family member suffering from memory loss? Come in and peruse our resource center for help. With the only formal memory care program in the Bitterroot Valley, we are dedicated to offering resources and support to our families and those in the community whose lives are affected. Our resource center has information from recognizing the first signs of memory loss, to handling legal issues, to communicating with someone who has memory loss. Valley View Estates hosts a monthly support group for families on the first Friday of every month at 1 pm. Please call Brenda Von Brach at 363-2800 if you would like to join.
